These Terms of Service set out the deal between you and Brantford Casino each time you play with us. Please read them before you sign up, because using your account means you agree to them.

A. Acceptance of these terms

When you register or wager with us, you accept these terms.

Throughout these terms, "we" and "our" mean Brantford Casino, while "you" is the account holder. Please read them together with our Offer Rules, Personal Data Policy, About Cookies page, Safer Play page, KYC & AML Policy and Age Policy, since they all work as one set. B. Game rules, RNG and live games

Every game shows its rules, and a fault cancels the play it affects.

Each title has a help or info screen with its paytable, rules and payout details. Please read it before you play.
Every slot and every digital table game is powered by RNG (random number generator) software. Each spin, card dealt and dice roll is random and has no connection to past results.
Real dealers run our live dealer games, streamed to you on video. Whatever result shows at the table is final.
If a fault hits a game, a server or your connection, any bets or winnings affected by it are void. When we can, we put your balance back to where it was before that round.

C. Bonuses

Bonus funds, free spins and Brantford Rewards perks come with their own conditions, such as wagering, eligible games and time limits. Where these terms and the Offer Rules both cover a bonus point, the Offer Rules apply.

D. One account per person and registration

Each person gets one account, and the details in it must be true.

To sign up, we need four things from you: your name in full, when you were born, an email address and where you live. Details changed? Please update them in your account so they stay correct.
We release your first deposit once your identity is confirmed and your location passes our check.
Where one person holds several accounts, we shut down the duplicates and cancel any bonuses tied to them.
Only you should know your password. We treat all account activity as yours, so keep your login details private.

E. Intellectual property

Everything on our site belongs to us or comes to us under licence from our partners.

Our name, logo, text, graphics and game software are protected and may be used only for your personal play. Copying, scraping, reselling or reworking any part of this content is not allowed unless we have given written permission.

F. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we tell you first.

If we change these terms, we post the updated version on this page and refresh the date at the top. For major changes, we also send an email or show a notice at sign-in. Playing on once a change is live means you accept it. If you would rather not, email us and we can close your account. Any real money balance stays yours to withdraw once our standard checks are complete.

G. Governing law

Canadian law applies to these terms.

Ontario law, where we are based, and the federal law of Canada govern these terms. Any dispute goes to a Canadian court that has jurisdiction over it.

Something wrong? Email [email protected] with these details: your username, which payment or game is affected, when you first spotted the issue (date and time) and a quick description of the problem. Screenshots are a big help. We'll confirm we got your email, look into it fully and answer you by email. If it takes longer, we'll send you updates as we go.

I. Eligibility

Play here is limited to Canadian residents aged 19 and up.

You can join us only from a place whose local laws permit online casino games. We follow Canadian rules on age, identity checks and anti-money laundering, and our Age Policy explains how age is verified. If online casino play is banned where you are, please do not play from there. Using a VPN or another tool like it to mask your location is not allowed.

J. Prohibited conduct

Play fair and play for yourself.

The following are not allowed:

Joining forces with another player to get an unfair advantage.
Using bots, scripts or other programs to play for you.
Taking advantage of a game fault or software error.
Paying with a method that is not yours.
Sending false documents or false details.
Using your account to move funds in order to conceal their origin.
Abuse or threats directed at our support team.

If we detect any of this activity, we may void the winnings involved, close the account and inform the authorities where Canadian law requires it.

K. Deposits and withdrawals

All money moves in Canadian dollars (CAD), with no casino fees.

Deposit with Interac e-Transfer, Mastercard, Google Pay, Online Banking / Trustly, MuchBetter or Payz (ecoPayz). The minimum deposit is C$10.
Withdraw with Interac e-Transfer, Online Banking / Trustly, MuchBetter or Payz (ecoPayz). The minimum withdrawal is C$100 for Interac and eCheck.
We do not set an upper limit on withdrawals.
With most payment methods, a withdrawal takes at least an hour and no more than four to arrive after we send it. Bank wires are slower: give them a maximum of 12 hours.
We never charge a fee to deposit or withdraw.
Only use payment methods registered to you. Whenever we can, we pay withdrawals to the same method you used to deposit.
Identity and location checks must be complete before money leaves your account.

L. Limits of our liability

We take care, but some things sit outside our control.

Losses caused by internet outages, faults on your device, delays at outside payment companies, or someone using login details you gave them are not our responsibility. When a game malfunctions, any play affected by it is void and your balance is put back, as explained in section B. None of this limits your rights under Canadian consumer protection law.
